Eli Fiadzoe, President

Eli Fiadzoe has successfully led ESG compliance and adoption initiatives for prominent organizations, including Labadi Beach Hotel. His expertise and commitment to ESG have made him a sought-after speaker, highlighted by his keynote address on ESG at the Enterprise Group’s Innovation Week in Ghana. Eli actively engages with academics and business leaders across Africa through webinars focused on ESG, contributing to increased awareness and the promotion of sustainable practices.

In his role as a Business Development Consultant, Eli has collaborated with the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council providing consulting services on market entry and access. His engagement has led to the entry of internationally known brands such as Promethean Smart Boards and the Institute of Leadership into Ghana, West Africa and the African market.

Eli has worked on World Bank and MasterCard projects, leading teams in training programs centered on entrepreneurship and sustainability. Currently, Eli is facilitating the integration of ESG as a short course in academic institutions, reflecting his passion for sustainability and the positive impact businesses can have on the environment and communities.
